Speaking of that, I just saw Gran Torino through ways i rather not say since it isn't released until Jan. 9th, and it was very good...Clint Eastwood has an incredibly strong presence in all his scenes and the movie itself is well-crafted and comes together to end very well...Some good humor and just a good movie all together..I definitely was pleasantly surprised even though i expected it to be good, just not that good...And yeah, Slumdog Millionaire was a very original and well directed movie...The camera angles and the way he goes about the storytelling really made the movie top-notch IMO...A bit touching and some scenes that really get to you(since it concerns the slums of India)... Saw Gran Tarino yesterday. Good stuff. Clint Eastwood is still an intimidating mofo even though he's pushing 80. Saw Doubt today. It was solid. Great acting, but nothing else really stood out. Saw Gran Tarino last week. I think it's pathetic that Clint Eastwood is making the best movies in Hollywood. You'd think they'd have developed some talent to replace him by now but they haven't. I love Eastwood's movies

Bruno was definitely interesting, i laughed but i don't know if i would recommend it, it wasn't better than borat...Hangover was hilarious, a very good movie...Up was a great great movie but that is to be expected by pixar, they always deliver...Also saw Harry Potter and it was alright but i loved the books so the movies kind of fall flat to me...Public Enemies is on my list to watch as well as Funny People and i saw a preview for Sherlock Holmes which got me interested too recently

I saw the new Harry Potter last week. One of the top Harry Potters so far. The others being the one with his uncle, the first one, and the one where he meets Voldemort in that contest with the other schools.

Several weeks ago, I rented "watchmen." The movie is based on a comic book. The movie was entertaining, and had a unique style of howing the film, however I was disappointed how the movie tied together.

I just saw the trailer for James Cameron's Avatar. It looks like maybe I'll watch it. I don't think I'll be able to drag the wife to it though, so maybe I won't get a chance

Went to Paranormal Activity tonight. May be the scariest movie I've ever seen in the theatre. I try to avoid horror movies, but seeing the trailer peaks my curiousity. Hear anything about the alien movie called something like the 4th Kind?

The Fourth Kind about alleged real life alien abductions in Nome, Alaska, has given new life to extraterrestrial concepts on the big screen in the same way as Communion, Close Encounters of the Third Kind, and Fire in the Sky. Although the most common form of reported alien encounter has long been the UFO sighting, there have also been many reports of extraterrestrial encounters with aliens who allegedly abduct humans for purposes unknown then return them to their original location. Oftentimes if you believe in fourth kind encounters, this where missing time comes into play.
interesting right!
