I rented "Tron" (1982) this weekend. Kind of disappointed. Seems like the visuals were the selling point of the movie, and haven't held up well to today.

Saw the Tillman Story a few nights back. It's about Pat Tillman joining the armay, and all the shady stuff the government did to cover up his death. Depressing, but good stuff.
Some good movies come out in the next couple of weeks. Plan on seeing Black Swan, The Fighter, and True Grit.

Watched The Kings Speech. If you like talkative dramas that are really good, have a look at it. Lacks action but great storyline.

Still havent seen King's Speech or Tamera Drewe yet. I've been a bit slow on catching movies these last few months. I did catch 127 Hours and Black Swan a couple of weeks ago. Both were very good.

Watched the old Swiss Family Robinson with the boy the other day. Then googled the actors. They're almost all dead. The girl was an alcoholic and died first. Right after the pirate

The Eagle. It was so bad....I can't believe how bad it was. It was worse than Avatar. If it were a person it would be Kobe, but without the talent or winning record.
Incredibly violent with a paper thin plot. A film for deadbeat dads and men with father issues. Made me realize an entire generation of film makers have grown up with incredibly violent films and now that's all they think a film is. Just horrific. I never threw something at the screen before but my empty popcorn bag made its way towards the barrel there and almost made it. I should have been at home with my wife and kid. I disgraced myself.
