I'd rather he'd go to Philly.

I read something today, paraphrased "I will not miss Rozier's fast break pull up 3-point bricks." 😂😂 To his credit, Rozier did excite us at times. He’s a good rebounding guard (especially at his height), but every other part of his game is too unpredictable. Hearing New York is interested in him. Rozier also exited me during his interview on ESPN.

Could we be in for a bigger surprise acquisition than Kemba? I find it hard to believe that Kemba and Capela added to Hayward-Tatum-(and one of Jaylen and Smart) is what Ainge and Wyc have in mind when they stated they want us to stay competitive, rather than going with a youth movement.
I want to he surprised on July 4th as I’m watching Nathan’s hot dog eating contest!

Please Horford, do not go to Philly!!!!!!! I can’t look well upon you if you willingly choose to be teammates with Embiid and Simmons.

Where do you see that? I have only seen the Mavs, Clippers and now Kings as places for AL to end up. I wouldn't mind him going to Philly, then he will just be stealing 28M a year for the next four years from them which would put them in cap hell. I have never been a huge fan of Al because of the contract, he is a very good player and seems like a great guy, but got paid by Danny as if he was a top 10 player in the league, which his isn't close too. IMO he is worth about 10-15M at this point in his career, but if someone wants to pay him 28M a year from age 33 to 37 then have at it. Also if Philly signs him, that means that they are likely losing Butler and he is the only guy who was on that team that I remotely feared at all.

Looks like we’re keeping Theis (only letting go Dozier and RJ Hunter). Good move as Theis knows his role and can actually bump up his production a bit more.

I think it's hilarious seeing all the "experts" and reporters trying to talk about how their sources tell them this and that regarding Kawahi when, as far as everyone is concerned, everyone is guessing. I've seen one reporter with a "source" saying 99% Lakers and then Jalen Rose said his people are telling him 99% Raptors. This is comical and probably the lowest of lows in terms of NBA rumors/reporting.

Looking at the list of free agents there are still a ton of guys worth making minimum offers to
Dragan Bender Joahkim Noah Ivica Zubac Jeremy Lin Ryan Anderson Kenneth Farried Marquiss Chriss JayMychal Green Trey Lyles Avery Bradley
They should make those offers asap

Definitely would love to Avery Bradley back on a one year make good deal. He'd pair great with Smart off the bench.
Bradley Smart Hayward Semi Theis
That group would be lethal defensively off the bench (tho i have a hunch Hayward is gonna start)

I read we’re still interested in Capela.
And we may be open to trading Hayward (Houston and Toronto are suitors). I didn’t expect to hear that, and quite frankly I personally would only trade Hayward if we get a no brainer offer and it’s a good landing spot for Hayward.

I'd love to see Hayward return to all-star form wearing Celtic green, but I know Danny can't be sentimental, so I won't be shocked if a trade happens.

I don't see any feasible way to get capela unless we moved Smart, and that would cause a locker room mutiny. i thought all those capela rumors were shot down? is it a legit source?

It was always legit, but it was only going to happen if Butler chose Houston for his sign and trade. I am guessing now it is because the Rockets want to get Westbrook or Lowery/Ibaka from Toronto. Neither makes sense for Houston because they already have the carcass of CP3 for 38-44M a year for the next three years
