If we can sign Hayward and get George without giving up Jaylen, Jayson, the Nets pick or the Lakers/Kings pick I think I'd give up just about anything else except Isaiah and Horford, as long as we didn't deplete any one position too much. Our other first rounders (both ours and others') are likely to be late in the round and everyone else is replaceable.

Our other first rounders (both ours and others') are likely to be late in the round and everyone else is replaceable. I think that's not feasible. We have to give up some value for George. So, if Ainge is SERIOUS about adding George, what is his "line in the sand" offer that he won't go beyond? I'd have to think it'll cost at least one of our prized draft picks.

If we had a chance of keeping George I'd throw in the less valuable of the Nets or Lakers/Kings picks. The thing is, Indy can't wait forever because they stand to lose him for nothing.

But at the same time, we'd have to offer slightly more than the Lakers.

But at the same time, we'd have to offer slightly more than the Lakers. We can do that by offering LA's pick in next years draft because if PG comes to Boston, then that LA pick is guaranteed to be top 5. How ironic would that be.

I'd offer the Lakers' pick, but protect it if it lands [HASH]2. So anywhere from 3 - 5 and it goes to the Pacers.

Spurs, Rockets, Blazers, Wizards and Cavs might be interested (though that might be an out-dated rumor).
Brian Robb of Celticshub guesses this could be what we are offering:
Mem '19 LAC '19 Bradley Zeller and probably Smart
What do you guys think?

I would do that and the only way any of the picks get better is if PG does a sign an trade. I would also throw Crowder in the deal too so we can clear more space for Heyward.

Mem '19 - likely to be a late first rounder LAC '19 - likely to be a late first rounder (though Paul and Griffin are opting out, so this pick could be very valuable if they both leave) Bradley - love the guy, but may be too expensive to keep after this year Zeller - barely played in the playoffs Smart - has his moments, but mostly drives me crazy with his shot selection
The one that would hurt the most is the Clippers' pick, because it could be really good, but if we thought we'd have a decent chance of keeping George past this year, I'd say it's worth the chance.
We'd have IT, Paul George, Jaylen, Jayson, Horford AND we'd actually be clearing a little cap space (by sending out more salary than we'd be taking back) so we could still go after Hayward as well. Add in some Zizic and Rozier and you have a very nice rotation.
Do it, but if there were any way to keep the Clippers pick and throw in Crowder and one of our own picks instead, even better.

Yeah, it's important we keep as many high draft picks as we can cause I'll say it now -- I think in a year or 2, Anthony Davis is going to be our target. I don't see the Pelicans climbing out of the basement, which will lead AD to say I'm out of here. And that'll be the time we unload all our picks.
Our core will still be in their primes (IT, Hayward, George), plus Jaylen and Jayson will be entering stardom.
AD will be the final piece to the puzzle that sets us in contention for titles.

Agreed. Ayton and Porter gives us the big man we need to really contend. Fultz is good but he adds to a very full backcourt. Down the road I expect him to be an all-star calibre player if he finds his killer instinct...but for now he seems abit too..nonchalant Fultz, watch his highlights, did too much when the game was out of hand. I like Porter alot, sans the AAU ball stuff he does (Tatum did it too at Duke).
