Did not see that coming. Don't really have a strong opinion on him either way. Not really excited about any of the guys that were on the board. I prolly would've went with Portis or Dekker, but I am not really high on either of them. I'll give Ainge the benefit of the doubt.

The people that think it was just so important that we miss the playoff so we could pick 9 are out of their minds because Ainge could have easily fudged up that pick too

He's a better scorer than both Smart and Bradley, but behind Thomas.
Probably behind them defensively, but much ahead of Thomas.
He's like somewhere between Smart/Bradley and Isaiah Thomas.
Did we need to add another combo guard? Probably not.
Unless we're thinking about moving one of them.
