My immediate question with Drummond would be, can he play in our switch-everything defense? Color me skeptical. Other questions I have are, why does he change teams every year seemingly? I also love the vibe Kornet brings to the team. Is he a great player? No, of course not. But team chemistry isn't nothing and he contributes a surprising amount on both ends when called on.
I think Grant will be back with us after this season. He's a restricted FA, so we can match any offer - which I think we will as long as the offer isn't ridiculous. I just don't think we wanted to bid against ourselves last summer.

I do not think BOS should trade for anyone, however scout the buy out market. BOS making the Finals last year raised the team's stock in terms of buy out targets.
What do you think G. Williams is worth? note - I think he is more valuable to BOS, because he is happy to be the fifth man on the court.

He'd be worth more if he stopped committing illegal screens and endlessly yapping at the refs, but I think he's probably going to get $12 million per season or thereabouts. Maybe a little more, but Rob only makes $12 mil next year. Is Grant worth more? I don't think so, but it only takes one team to fall in love with him and blow up the market.

I think that is on the coaching staff to teach Grant not to move on screens. I also think if he were bit smaller, he might get away with it. I was thinking the same, in reference to RW3, however Stevens knows Williams will never be healthy for more than 3/4 of a season, and/or play more than 24 minutes without getting hurt.
