Golden State re-sign Andre Iguodala. Andre Iguodal's deal is three years, $48 million Iguodala's $48M deal is fully guaranteed This one surprised me some. I had been reading that he was going to leave for more money, in Houston I think.

I'm getting the feeling that Toronto doesn't care about championships, as much as just getting to the playoffs and keeping the fan buzz alive.
There's no way that the big 3 of Derozan, Lowry and Ibaka is going to contend. Make the playoffs for sure, but probably 2nd round exit.
Paying Lowry 33 mil is excessive.

I don't see them making any splash with that roster especially none of those players have any realistic growth to take that team to the next level. I guess if I was the GM for that team, better off making some cash for a semi-decent playoff team rather than a long-term process building through the draft. Maybe get lucky with a later round draft pick to be more than a starter? 33 Mil for Lowry is definitely expensive but, that's how the PG market is today and teams are paying a premium to hold onto their own talent.

The Raptors have messed up their team by mismanaging Jonas V (former 5th pick) and by mismanaging DeMarre Carrol's injury. They also failed to develop Terrence Ross and overdrafted him in the first place, then developed him just barely enough to be able to trade him for Ibaka. They also messed up the Delon Wright pick.
They have so little room for error, but keep messing up. They took a good shot at Sullinger but that didn't work either. They're very lucky DeRozen and Lowry has worked them as well as they have

Ainge would have blown it up and started again from scratch; cause he's only interested in building contenders.
This time around, he's not blowing it up even though we aren't likely to beat CLE or GSW, because we're growing a youth foundation through the draft, that will carry us one day to contention. And in the meantime, we develop players the right way and give them exposure to deep playoff competition.
It's really incredible what we're doing here.
