Yup, there's Pierce like potential in Tatum. Like the Truth, his primary strength is his midrange game. But very capable of attacking the basket, hitting three's, and getting to the line as well. Rebounds like PP. |

Rebounds like PP. I have a preference for Jackson, but I am glad Ainge is really doing his homework here. Jackson can't shoot great. He had a bizarre off court incident. He refused to work out for us, which I think is pretty bad. And.....Tatum is a year younger. And I think Tatum was probably a little better coached and I'd like to assume a tad smarter. |

Philosophically would you say Allen Iverson was a high character guy? How about....Draymond Green? How about Bron? How about Kobe? Kinda curious who is and who is not a high character guy? Has there ever been a low character Duke guy? Grayson Allen?

Bron: I hate him, but yes.
Kobe: No. At best cheated on his wife almost as soon as they got married. At worst, raped someone.

I would list Iverson, Green, Bron and Kobe on the lower character list. But that includes their NBA careers and not just their college reputations.

I guess we can say there is low character, and low character with a tendency to do bad things.
Bird didn't have a great upbringing, but he kept his nose clean and stayed away from trouble.

They were the last lotto team and they're adding the 14th this year and it's the kind of team that free agents like. That said they could have injuries and slip. If you have no difference between Tatum and Jackson and the Lakers have picked Ball I say you take it. It will also save you a little money and rookies are cost protected for years. Gives you another shot without sacrificing anything |
