Cs win big on TOs. Not a great night of shooting. Cs win each quarter and lead from end of first rest of the way.
Not glad about the PT of the Trio on the first night of a back-and-back. ''
Good to see Sca. and especially Posey back tonight. Both got minurtes. How did they look?
Anyone have a thought about how Allen is looking?
I know there aare lots of tnhoughts about PT, and who gets it. After the way Davis played in his last outing, I would have thought he would have gotten more than 50 sectonds.
A win on t he road against a pretty good team on a night when shooting wasn't the greatest.

Ferbo, are you referring to Ray Allen or Tony Allen?
Ray Allen is doing really well. Smooth jumper, smooth drives to the basket. The only thing I'd nitpick about RAllen is that after he comes off a pick, he dribbles too much (his dribbling usually takes him far away from the play). Earlier, he was coming off of picks and turning the corner better, which led to him taking midrange floaters in the lane, or dumping off quick passes to Garnett for dunks. But right now, those plays aren't there.
As for TAllen--he's not that far away from making his presence felt again. His quick first step is there and his dribbling is starting to improve. He's one of those players who needs to have a lot of playing time to get his bearings straight, but right now, he's not getting consistent minutes to do that. He's really got to start finishing, though. He can get to the front of the rim, but he's missing the shot once he gets that close.

I got home in time to watch the last 10 minutes of the game.
Observations - Celtics won this mostly on the defensive end because the 4th qtr offense was not real smooth. If there was ball movement - PASSING NOT DRIBBLING!, we generally scored. The defense was solid and probably was all night. True to Obie coached teams form, open 3's were taken. The misses were rebounded consistently enough to for Boston to set their tempo and methodically beat Indiana's team. Jermaine O'Neal disappeared in the 4th qtr basically. Tinsley has come alive for Obie. This Indy team still needs a lot of personnel work. Maybe Ole Larry can work a deal for Antione Walker and Gerald Green from the land of McHale.
