Rondo and Jefferson are playing such beautiful basketball ;D What is wrong with Gerald Green? 3 for the last 25? Yeesh! Rondo better work dam hard on his jumper this offseason. He's so good, he'd be deadly if only he a 3. I almost hesitate to say, maybe he doesn't need it!

Oh well! Nice effort by the Green, however!

Another good effort by AJ, although his shooting percentage was down and he had 4 turnovers.
At beginning of year, I thought Telfair would outperform Ronda. Think it safe to say thaat was wrong!
Lots of injuries this year. Raises a question about conditioning. Was lots of talk about how hard guys worked in the offseason. Probably pretty hard to condition oneself to prevent sprained ankles.
Outside of injuries, I think Gomes is the one who came up shorter than I expected.

I'll watch the game when I get home, but looking at the box scores, Amir Johnson put up the best stats out of the Pistons' bunch (20 pts and 15 boards)--and this kid was almost a Celtic if Ryan Gomes wasn't available in the second round of the '05 draft. I remember on draft day, it was such a surprise that Gomes fell all the way to the second round that Ainge just couldn't pass him up. Ainge would have possibly picked Gomes with the 18th pick, but because Gerald Green was miraculously still available, he couldn't bypass him. Had Gerald not been there, Gomes may have been taken at 18 and Amir Johnson could have been ours with the 50th pick.
