Nice to see you here JB. I was very impressed with the quality of your trial show last week. I plan to listen. Although I will have one eye on the Heat/Mavs game while listening.
I have been posting links to the podcasts in the news section as they come out and have been encouraging the guys to listen. But it is good to get it from the horse's mouth.
I hope you stick around and post when you can as this is a very knowledgeable group and you will find good Celtic chat and info here. You will add to the board with your knowledge.

JB, you mentioned in another thread that you find the website a bit confusing. A quick advice to you--when you log in, all the threads that are new (ones you haven't read yet) will have a blue "New" flag next to it. This will allow you to see which threads have new messages you haven't read yet since the last time you browsed it.
I take it you are a busy individual since you have your own site. But we'd love to see you here whenever you've got some spare time. Also, if you've got any inside info on anything Celtic related, we'd love to hear it hot off the press.

What a wonderful group you have here. Truly endearing, affording me such a warm welcome. How can I not continue to share time and space with you all? I've been navigating the board a bit, the last hour or so and am beginning to get the feel of it. It's a very attractive site and I love the graphics. Thanks to Derren for helping us promote our pod casts and also to "Loyalist" who sent the announcement of our first live call in show (tommorow night at 9:00) on the site's RSS feed. This site is a part of a bugeoning internet community of intense Celtic fans and I'm proud to be a member of it. There is great support for each other, not the jelousy one might expect. For instance; Justin and I got an E-mail tonight with an offer of help promoting the show from Jeff of CelticsBlog, the front runner in the competition for the Blog audience. That was very generous of him and he ebodies this unselfish spirit that is stirring my soul.

Yeah, Jeff has got quite a bit of the market share of Celtics fans. It would be nice if we were also as big, but alas, we know our niche and we are happy to have our own loyal family here.
Best of luck with your endeavors, JB.

You got it right DM. Good ol CG does have a family atmosphere. THe lack of people trying to one up each other all the time is one of the most refreshing things about this board. If we could slightly increase traffic on here, this board would be about perfect.

From: JB_Celticsstuff@Comcast.net Subject: Celtics Green - celticsgreen.proboards18.com/index.cgi Date: June 13, 2006 8:34:45 AM EDT To: Celticsstuffgroup@yahoogroups.com I'd like to let everyone know how gracious several of the internet sites have been in helping Justin and I promote the show. You'd think that since we are all in competition for members, there might be some animosity and jealousy, but I have found a selfless community of Celtic fans willing to help us in our endeavor. In addition to Real GM, which has given us a permanent link and Celticsblog which has offered us support and space, "CelticsGreen" has been extremely helpful. The folks there have been gracious and friendly and have included our announcement in their RSS feed. <http://celticsgreen.proboards18.com/index.cgi?board=0506&action=display&thread=1150110141> Check them out, if you get the time. JB, I would like to listen to the show, but I'm running on Hawaii time, which means that I'm still at work when the show is on.
Would someone like to post what was talked about in the show? I'd like to hear what went on. Thanks.

Please welcome Celtics Stuff to our family!
Loyalist
************ I'm honored. I've been enchanted by this site. Loy has done a fanatastic job and the other helpers are really committed to making this a premier Celtics blog and message board.
Justin and I are working on a home page for our live show and Loy and Flc'sfan are helping us with the design. Wow!
For next Tusday's show we will have a guest. Eric Weiss from Draft Express will join us a 10:00PM and will come on again the following week for the draft show. We have also been in touch with Scott Wetzel from Sporting News Radio and there is a possibility he will join us for the draft show, as well.
Things are moving fast. Thanks again to you all; JB

Hey, that's terrific. The live show is starting to take off. So if we aren't able to call in, can we post our questions or comments and have them answered?

Hey, that's terrific. The live show is starting to take off. So if we aren't able to call in, can we post our questions or comments and have them answered? Sure. We have a very active chat while the show is going on. It is right on the home page, after you click the listen now button. You can also E-mail us before or during the show at Celticsstuff@Gmail.com.

The chat was Justin's idea and I admit I was sceptical, but all over the message boards people are talking about the fun they had in that chat. It keeps people interacting throughout the whole show, not just the few minutes they might be on the air. Something else, I'm not sure even Jughead considerd, is that it brings to gether people from several different message boards who may not have met before, to share jokes and points of view. Like the old days, when people went to the park to meet friends and just "hang out."
