Just wondering -- would you rather have Marcus Smart or Jrue Holiday? Holiday by far, at least this year and next. Like JMost said, the only reason i'd consider Smart is if we're talking long term, since he's younger than Jrue. But Holiday is an upper echelon defender, and is a far more valuable offensive player than Smart. I would agree. Jrue would be a better fit. Which means aside from JT, JB and Rob, I'm openly looking for an upgrade at PG and PF (though maybe Horford's replacement is GWill).

The Bucks are complaining that the refs did a poor job in Game 3 -- looking at the free throw discrepancy, 17-34.
I guarantee that if they want to pursue this, Celtics can unload boatloads of times that calls were not made for us. Shoot, if calls were made properly, Giannis would be fouled out of the game midway through the 3rd every game.

Well, Bucks, when you play defense like Ray Nitschke you get called for fouls.

Series tied at 2-2.
In MIL's wins, they beat us by a combined 13 pts (average of 6.5).
In our wins, we beat them by a combined 31 pts (avg of 15.5).
In 4 games, MIL has scored 397 pts.
We've scored 415.
MIL's highest scoring game is 108.
Ours was 116.
Their lowest game total was 86.
Ours was 89.
So far we've been the better team offensvely and defensively.

Another way to look at this is that we've won 2 of the last 3, both going away, and the 1 we lost was at the buzzer on a barely-late tip in, after we dominated the 4th quarter. Is it possible the Bucks are tired? We have destroyed them in the last two 4th quarters.

I mean Giannis has to do everything for the team, especially tonight when Holiday was barely a blip on the screen. Maybe Tatum saved his energy for Q4.

And good way to look at it, JMost. We're 2-1 in the last 3, and the lone loss should have been a win too (Smart was fouled in the act of shooting a 3).

I was wondering why Giannis was out of the game with about 5 minutes to go, and I read this morning that he was exhausted and the coach had to give him a breather.

If we can get Rob back to his normal lob threatening self, it'll blow the lid off of this series.
With him lurking on the baseline waiting for lobs, Lopez cannot play up in the paint to meet our penetrators 10 feet from the rim. If he does, Rob will be slamimg home lob after lob.
Rob is out for Game 5, but he can come back for Game 6 and help seal the coffin.

Rob is questionable for Game 6.
I'm sure even if Rob begs to play, the team is going to do what's right. But man do we need Rob.

You don't get this many chances at a championship. Our team this year is good enough to contend. Who knows what happens next year or whether AL can be as good or whether one of our stars get injured. You don't have prime Jordan or prime Lebron on this team...you aren't guaranteed a potential Finals every year. If I had Giannis then maybe I'd be ok waiting for another window..but Giannis is on a whole different level than our guys.
