What do you guys think -- have we taken the Nets' best blow? Do they have something left up their sleeve?
I don't think we've played our best yet.

I've seen too many of these things to get real comfortable. 2-0 leads after two home games, especially when both were close, hard fought games, don't mean that much in terms of which team is better. I think both teams would say they haven't played their best game yet. That said, if no one gets hurt, I think we're in good position. Our guys have to be a little more confident after coming back late in Game 1 and dominating the fourth quarter in Game 2. As to what might change, I don't think the Nets have anything up their sleeve so to speak, other than that Simmons might come back, and if nothing else, bring some D and rebounding. On our side, Robert still isn't expected to play in this series, but if it goes 7, who knows?

I think it depends on whether Kyrie quits or plays real hard to get revenge. I think he's going to quit. I think the Celtics will win at least one in Brooklyn

The thing with simmons is, whose minutes does he eat? because most of the supporting staff (curry, dragic, brown) have been playing great. i guess u could play him at the 5?

Boston isn't the greatest outside shooting team, so i have a hunch we'll lose one game just cuz we're cold from the outside. But I'm pretty confident the C's will win one game in Brooklyn.

Have we figured out how to neutralize Durant? Will Nash try different things to free Durant up?
If we continue to stifle Durant and Kyrie with physicality and length, it'll be over soon because they're deflating, while we are gaining steam.

Will be great to come back home up 3-1 (even better if we can sweep).
I hope we take Game 3. I'd hate to give BRK even a glimmer of hope.

Does Ben Simmons playing for BRK (maybe in Game 4) make you think they'll be harder to beat?

Who knows how well he could play after missing the entire regular season. I doubt he'd help them much on offense, but he matches up in size and mobility with JT, so he might help them there. But as fresh pointed out, whose minutes will he take?

Just hope it will not be a costly mistake.
But on a positive side, Rob coming back and solidifying our defense (which was already giving BRK major fits) might cause them to raise the white flag and forfeit the series.

I'm confident that the team isn't going to do anything foolish with Rob's health. And why would they do anything risky with us up 2-0? Maybe if we were down 0-2 and desperate you could understand - but not condone - rushing him back. With a 2-0 lead we can afford to be prudent, so I'm reading this as the doctors and PTs have cleared him 100%.

Rob is Questionable and if I'm Ime, I'd be using that to my advantage even if Rob doesn't suit up. It forces Nash to game plan differently...and so far he hasn't shown the ability to be a good Head Coach. Keeping him second guessing that Rob could be out there may force him to go to a smaller line up early and save his bigs on the bench for when Rob enters.

Honest question -- had these Nets played another team instead of us, would they have fared better?
I mean, we're up 3-0 but BRK has shot the ball pretty good and none of the wins were blowouts -- but we've played well enough to hold them off.
Maybe against another team, KD and Kyrie would be playing like superstars and BRK would be up 3-0, or 2-1 and sports media would be hyping BRK to the Finals.
But against us and our vaunted defense, their tail is tucked between their legs and they're on the verge of being swept.

I literally think Tatum could be arrested for jaywalking in New Jersey tomorrow, miss the next four games, and the Celtics still win this series. Seeing Rob Williams playing and Simmons on the bench wearing orange was the perfect way to sum up this series
