Q's quick wrap up - Luckily we held on to earn a tough 3 point win. The Celtics need these kind of wins if they have any hope of making the post season..... Time to watch Patriots football B C P

Doc's coaching was much better today... maybe there is hope. He didn't play Blount down the stretch even though Perk had fouled out. He used his Time outs wisely, and he did a good job of Offense/defense substitutions. Putting Dickau in for FT's at the end of games seems to be a good strategy. Good job coming in cold and then having the stand there for awhile and still make them.

I must tip my hat off to you, FLCeltsFan12. I don't need to watch the game, I can just read what you post. Incredible job and I agree with Q, you must be an extremely fast typist.
Awesome win. Reading the posts, I thought we were going to lose the game. I read the posts one by one, expecting to read some bad news that we've lost (especially with Delonte and Perk gone with fouls). But we pulled out the win, even if it was closer than it should have been. Losing a 12 pt lead is not encouraging.
Stats show that it was an ugly game. Lost the rebounding edge, 36 - 48. Shot only 43%. Had it not been for our free throw shooting (27 - 33, 82%), we may have lost this one.

Thank you Derrenmatts. I type pretty fast but also type without looking at the keys so I can keep watching while typing and so that helps. I really enjoy posting the updates so I am glad that you enjoy them.

Yeah, and its not only me who enjoys the updates, so all of Celtics Green gives you a big thanks.
Its really a big lift for those who can't watch games. You do a very good job of bringing the live action onto the screen through your keyboard and it honestly allows us to visualize the game without actually seeing it.
So how did you become a Celtics fan, FL12?

Well, when Bird was making headlines in college, he caught my attention. I was a basketball fan but didn't have a favorite team. I lived in a small town in PA and didn't get to watch many games but did read SI and followed the games as I could. Bird struck me as a very unlikely star and I started to follow him in college. When he was drafted by the Celts, I became a Celtic fan. I have been a die hard Celtic fan since... becoming rabid at times and it has grown from there. I am fortunate to have a hubby who indulges my fanaticism... with a TV in front of my computer so i can keep an eye on stats and boards while watching the games. I have LP on Comcast but they don't have NBA TV so I also have Direct TV so that I can get the Pre and Post games on FSNE and the games that are on NBA TV. I live and breathe Green!!!

Good win for the Celtics. Unfortunately, E Curry is fat, and extremely lazy. 1, and 3 tonight. Butler had a better game than this #4 overall pick. Issue w/ the NBA...high schoolplayers that do not belong in the NBA are top 5-10-20 draft picks. Curry is, and always will be useless in the NBA.
