17 pts in 12 minutes.. Boston shot 50% from three point land. Game wasn't a defensive struggle lol.
Rozier had a good game but didn't play much. Wonder if hunter got more minutes because he is going to be cut.

Rozier got a hip pointer in the Nets game and didn't practice on Friday. I imagine that RJ's extra minutes were the result of taking precautions with Rozier as to not play him too much with the injury that may not be 100% better.
If they did play him more minutes cause they were thinking of cutting him, he made a very good case in this game to stay. I still think Young is the one on his way out. After two years, he still isn't showing near what RJ has after 1 year.

I watched the Knicks game tape delay.. Hunter has this look on his face I am going to show you.. He was very aggressive in that 4th quarter and got several scores that stopped a Knicks run.. Rozier looked good 2.. I think you have to give him a chance..

Hunter is a guy who is accustomed to playing starters' minutes. He gets his production and offers max value when he's allowed to play a bulk of minutes.
He's not an instant scorer who comes off the bench and catches on fire quickly. He needs to feel his way and get into the flow first.

He scored 17 in limited minutes against the Knicks. Of all the players on the court he stood up and took the tough shots. The Knicks were making a run, he hit every key basket.. Quote from a Knicks announcer..
I was surprised to see even some of our starters show pass first.. Zeller looked like a school kid. Did you get to watch the game?

But he was able to get into the flow of the game first. His points came in a burst, and it wasn't right away when he came in the game.
