I can assure you that in 3 years when Jefferson is playing 35 mpg, he'll be near the vicinity of 23 and 12 (adding in 2 blocks per game). The only thing that's stopping him is Doc Rivers. If Doc doesn't call plays for Jefferson in the post, it'll keep him from reaching these numbers.
I expect Jefferson to get his feet wet in the starting rotation very soon. Blount will either be moved to the bench, or he'll be moved off the team.

The sky does seem to be the limit for him. The guy just knows how to get it done around the hoop. He is still ight-years away from being a good defender, but that will come with time.

If he can get 10 pts 6 rebs per game at 18 mins per then wouldn't make sense to move into the starting lineup? This team really needs a rebounder in the front-court or we're going to get slaughter but other teams bigs.

Seeing as how I've seen little development since last year, and seeing how I've seen little development from Perk since last year I'm beginning to think (also after seeing what Blount did last year) that Doc is bad with big men and that Al J may not be that good. Just cause a guy is young and had a good rookie year doesn't mean much. Remember Montross?

10 pts & 8 rebounds in 18 minutes doesn't cut it for you? What else is he going to do in limited time? Lol
the fact that he isn't getting more minutes is not an argument of him not being good. Same goes for Perk. Rivers just likes to have 5 shooters on the floor. Rivers used to be a PG, he has never had a good inside player, not even in Orlando. Rivers is a guard coach, he has no clue what to do with big men.
It's also worth considering that Blonut & Raef make up for 17 million of our salary, nobody puts that amount of money on the bench unless it's injured, even if it's only to showcase them. Jefferson is already twice the player Blonut is, make no mistake about it. He just isn't making 6 million a year.

Its Docs problem. He isn't playing them enough. These guys will end up leaving or wanting s&t's if they don't play. We sure don't want that. Perkins has to be upset hes not playing. Jefferson also in his own ways even as humble as he is. They better get Blonut out of there or else they'll never play much. I mean the whole point of this year was to get Perkins playing way more. Then all of a sudden Blount is being showcased again. As long as the trade goes through, showcasing is worth it. Otherwise not. As good as Danny wants to do and make this team young, the system may make guys want to alientate it once their FA comes. Would you want to see Al J in laker purple and gold? LOL.

That is too damn much to expect out of Jefferson. 19 and 8 is as high as I'll go.

That is too damn much to expect out of Jefferson. 19 and 8 is as high as I'll go. he can regurarely grab 8 boards in limited minutes. So having him grabbing more than 10 boards a game if he gets full minutes is almost 20-20 handsight. Especially considering the sorry state of the league in that area. Having him score 20+ points really depends on how many shots he'll get with Ricky/Pierce/Green demanding a lot of shots in the future. There are only so many points that a team can score in a game.

Unless Jefferson becomes the focal point on offense there is no way he's gonna average 23-25 pts per game. I can see him averaging 17-19 pts per game with Pierce or Ricky (maybe Green ) being the #1 option on offense. It depends on who on the team and when the head coach decides to put him in the starting lineup. To tell you the truth I would not be shock if he doesn't start until we replace Doc as coach.

Jefferson in 15 minutes got 4.4 rpg last yr. In 35, I could say a good 9rpg or over maybe.
