There seems to be a number of prospects who are likely to go late first round to anywhere in the second round, who seem like solid types who Coach Brad Stevens can employ into the rotation.
Like JP Tokoto, whose athleticism and defense would be nice to have off the bench. Or Rashad Vaughn, whose scoring might be utilized off the bench. Or Jordan Mickey, whose long arms and shot blocking (though undersized) can be a weapon for us to use in the big man rotation.
One guy who could be maybe one day turn into a heavy rotation guy, or even possibly a starter for Brad Stevens, is Delon Wright.
With his excellent height for a PG (6'5"), his passing, his defense, his versatile scoring (can do some damage all over the court, but not great anywhere), he seems to fit the disciplined role that Brad can utilize.

I'll put Joseph Young's name in there too.
I like his scoring.

Anthony Brown from Stanford Yep, him too. Keeping our second round picks and landing a couple of guys like these could be huge for us financially and on the court.

Man, has he fallen off the boards.
He reminds me of Brandon Hunter -- physically he's gifted, and has all the right tools to make an impact, but maybe he's missing something upstairs.

*Obligatory Cliff Alexander post* He would be a nice high risk/high reward type of guy. Fresh you have been an Alaxander fan since before the college season started, for that reason I won't be mad if we draft him

He's never going to be a star, but I wouldn't be shocked if he put up 10/10/2 (points/rebounds/blocks) in his prime. Dude is undersized (and somewhat underskilled) but he's rough and tough and fairly physically gifted. Loves contact, and is a good enough FT shooter to make him a decent PnR big man. Also has a chance of developing a decent mid-range jumper. Plus, he's mean. This team needs some of that.

Hunter was a beast on the boards, but I don't remember him being all that athletic. Alexender also has better length IIRC.

Was really into Alexander and Miles Turner last summer coming out of high school. Still like Turner, but he's drafted right around where he should be (mid-late lotto). I think Alexander has mid-1st round talent. I think he's a great value in the 25-40 range.
