It is not often you find star players in the second round (although there have been some). Quite often, second rounders don't make it in the league and are out of a job within a few years. What you would like to see is second rounders who fill a role and make the rotation. Maybe a defensive specialist, maybe a 3pt marksmen, maybe a backup PG, etc.
There may be some players in this draft available in the second round who could fill a role for us.
Olivier Hanlan, PG/SG (good handles, excellent scorer)
Dakari Johnson, PF/C (big body, mobile, long arms, tough)
Robert Upshaw, C (seems aloof, but can block shots)
