>:(The match has been scratched aaaaaaaaand the fire has been lit ! The moment of " Truth" has arrived this week. The " Young Guns" are in hoisted in their saddles with their pistols fully loaded. Success if : 1. they have fast starts - let Orien guide the reins 2. They rebound very well - Perkins must get quality minutes. 3. Bench must be aggressive and lock down defensively 4. Must sustain leads late in games - develop " KILLER" instinct. " Guns ablaze...shoot to kill......"

Some solid points bgreen. Orien will be the guy, before too long. Perk needs to stay out of foul trouble. We could use some help from Al in the rebound department too. Any good team needs a solid bench. How about the guys keep their heads on straight. Keep the fouls and TOs down, while running and finding the open man... This team has some more growing to do. They'll be fine.

I like how the pressure is taken off of Al Jefferson. Seems like he's going to be coming off the bench and this may allow him to grow into his role, instead of being thrusted into the starting rotation when he's not ready (I admit that I wanted him to be in the starting at first, but I don't think he's ready right now after missing out on much of the preseason).

IMO, Big AL is quite a ways from being a starter.
He can't seem to stay out of foul trouble.
He really needs to develop a counter move to his jump hook to keep the D of off his left shoulder.
But in time he WILL be a force. Let's just hope he continues to get good coaching to develop a more all around game.
AND, PLEASE GET A PAIR OF SMALLER SHORTS :-)

Hehheeh, yeah, he's always pulling on his shorts. I think he purposefully wants it low like that.
Did you notice that Jefferson wasn't sporting his high socks vs. Cleveland? Thank goodness, I was getting tired of seeing so much socks.

Well, if the cut of the pants equals the cut of the man (pun intended), unfortuantely for myself, I'm gonna have to start wearing hot pants. I blame my father.
