Easy moved. Any GM in the league would've done the same in Ainge's position. Now if he doesn't improve much this year you could lock him up on a each contract for the next 3-5 years at a starting rate that Scala is getting.

Only problem with this is who would want him?
I think there are a number of teams who would trade a second round pick for Dan Dickau (Toronto for example, maybe the Lakers--he fits into that John Paxson/Steve Kerr mode that Phil Jackson seems to like). But lets give him some time before we rule him out of Boston. Once he figures out Rivers' system, he'll be in the mix of things.
