If Exum is available at 6 we may finally see the legendary freshinthehouse backflip.
As long as we get one of Gordon, Exum, or Smart with the #6 pick I will be ecstatic.

Just drafting for now is still good. Getting exum would fit as a piece for the future I feel. Gordon and Smart are nice players too. So is Vonleh potentially. I think Gordon and Smart are already ready to contribute. Vonleh not so much. Exum could be a potential star. Smart is up there too. Gordon is in that range. Vonleh has a ton of upside but is going to take a bit.
We s hould be able to get a star player this draft. If we pick one of those 4 I feel. STay away from Randle and McDermott. Unless we want McDermott as a roleplayer or something.

Look at what’s happened to Dante Exum. He was a hot, but mysterious draft prospect coming out of Australia, taken firth, just one spot ahead of Marcus Smart. Injuries kept derailing him, and he never got his career completely on track.
Now he’s traded to Cleveland along with a couple of second round picks for Jordan Clarkson (a former second round pick).
Got lucky with that one. Imagine where Utah would be if they had both Gobert and Smart wreaking havoc on defense.

😁 Sometimes “P”’pays off, sometimes it doesn’t. It obviously paid off for Milwaukee when they drafted Giannis for his potential. It didn’t work for us when we took Jerome Moiso.

He's never been able to adjust to the size and speed in the nba. his jumper was always worrisome, but his inability to slash has ruined him.
