Chad Ford has come out with his annual tier ranking based off of his inquiry with several GM's, executives, and teams' scouts around the league. He's sorted a list based on votes by these folks.
It's from the Insider, so I don't think I can just post it. But I think it's alright if I just list a few things (and if I'm not allowed to do this, someone let me know and I'll delete it).
Tier 1 is of course Wiggins, Parker and Embiid. These are franchise players.
Tier 2 players are potential All-Stars. These include Gordon, Exum, Vonleh, Randle, Saric, Smart.
Tier 3 are starters: McDermott, Harris, Stauskas.
Tier 4 are starters and role players. Lots of this yesr's draftees fall in this group.
Tier 5 are role players. Another large group.
What this tells us is this draft is loaded. First and second round could potentially provide teams with contributors.

Flip Saunders was on the radio a while back talking about the draft, and he says in his opinion this draft has twenty-one very good prospects in it. That's pretty high praise from an NBA GM.
