Celticsblog has a write up on the scenario of Lebron joining up with Kobe, Carmelo (along with Bosh and Wade) in Los Angeles to form a mega team.
That just makes me sick.
But would Lebron actually do that? I don't mean form a mega team somewhere -- I mean help Kobe win another championship?
I'm thinking that under the surface, Lebron is out to have a better career than Kobe, meaning winning more titles than him. Kobe is at 5, Lebron is chasing #3.

It's virtually impossible cap-wise. This summer the Lakers have about 19 mill in cap room. Just one of those players will earn that in their first year. Their is no way these guys turn away tens of millions of dollars just to play with an elderly Kobe.

I do not think w/ Jerry Buss alive that LAL will be able to form a super power soon. Plus, Bryant's contract is cap killer.
