The celtics worked out Small Forwards today, potential picks at 17. They are supposed to workout top prospects next week. It seems like they are going to work out a lot of players.
Kyle Anderson Cleanthony Early P.J. Hairston T.J. Warren DeAndre Daniels K.J. McDaniels
They also worked out these guys yesterday, who aren't supposed to go in the 1st round.

I'm sort of hoping we take a SF at 17. Wallace isn't going to be here and we could use a young player there to develop. Good players can be found.

If we keep the 17 pick it seems like a lot of the best talent in that range is going to be SGs/SFs. I still hope we find a way to trade up so we could get either Harris or Stauskas.

Of the group of guys the Celtics worked out yesterday I'm reading they all looked good but Kyle Anderson stood out from the group. If he's around at 17 he may be hard to pass up. I also like Deonte Burton the PG from Nevada. Burton may go undrafted or in the second round, he played 4 years at Nevada and is a really explosive athlete. I would like to see what Burton can do with a capable team around him.

Coach Brad is working out the players we are bringing in for draft workouts.
I like that he is doing this -- he's eventually going to be the one coaching the guys we draft so its best for him to observe these draft eligible players and get a feel for who can be a good player "for him".

Cleanthony Early, Hairston and Warren were getting some hype as well. I don't really know anything about these guys though. I think what i read the whole group we brought in yesterday was pretty solid. KJ Mcdaniels is supposedly a good defender.

McDaniels is an athletic 6'6" guy who's known for his highlight blocked shots. I hear his offense is shaky.
Warren is a pretty complete player, but lacks elite athleticism, and his form on his jumper isn't pretty. But he's highly effective getting the ball to drop in anytime he's near the rim.
PJ Hairston is kinda like JR Smith, IMO.
