Aside from heavy competition at the 4 (between Sullinger, Olynyk, Randle, Bass, and possibly Humphries if he's brought back), what does it mean if we draft Julius Randle with the 6th pick?
Could it mean the end of Sully's or Olynyk's stay in Boston if Julius wins the starting job?

It means that Randle was just too good to pass up. If that is the case, I hope Ainge pulls the trigger on him, roster be damned.

If Randle is the pick, and he beats the competition, I guess we can still have a rotation of him starting at the 4, Sully being his primary backup, and Olynyk playing backup minutes at the 5.

I think it would be similar to that, but I think it would be Randle at the 4, Sully at the 5, and KO being the first guy off the bench. I think you could play like that for a year or two, develop each of the players, and then one of them would be moved via trade for a piece that fits better.

No can do, Mr.!!
Ainge promised Sully that he would play his natural position (PF) and that he would bring in a real Center.
I really don't want Sully playing the 5 anymore. It doesn't do him any good, and it doesn't do the team any good either.

I don't think it's the perfect situation, but Sully is more of a C than KO is IMO. And making Randle and Sully share minutes at the PF spot isn't ideal because there aren't enough minutes to go around at just the PF spot.

I didn't say you'd start there. Now do you want to start or not? You have a contract coming up and we can pay you more than anyone. Now do you want to get paid like a starter? Well then....."
