Special players and teams should have a chance to play the majority of their careers with the team they came up with. Watching Brett play his entire career with the royals was something. Players come up big in clutch situations late in their careers too.
The royals have the glass family still I think who run Walmart. They should have money to spend. I would keep James Shields but teams are going to offer a lot. CSN's timing on that was ridiculous though. The Royals are on fire i'm enjoying it.
