Dan Dickau: It is definitely going to be nice. I have plenty of options on the wings, with Ricky, Paul and Tony Allen. The you got guys who can post....then you got guys who can stop and pop. We have it all on this team, and the more options the better it is for us guards.

Sounds like a even keeled individual. I think he can take the starting spot if he shows more offensive ability than Delonte. Ainge said he is the best offensive PG we have and we'll need to have scorers in the starting lineup. If Ricky goes back to the bench like I hope (to help with our B-Unit's scoring) that leaves only Pierce as the proven scorer. Jefferson is going to be in there, but we can't expect him to average 20 ppg right off the bat. Raef and Tony Allen are nice scorers, but Raef is tentative and Allen's outside shooting can be erratic. So having another scorer in the starting unit is important. Delonte is a good shooter who can hit his shots, but he's not as an aggressive scorer as Dickau appears to be.
