I hope they don't win this year. i don't think they are the best team. The Pacers are better. Bird has done an awesome job. They are also doing it without a "true" superstar. They are the best team in basketball imo. OKC is also an awesome team and better than the Heat. Durant and George > Lebron. Indy has an amazing "team" though. I hope we can build something similar to these teams.
The celtics are really bad but this has been one of the more interesting years in basketball in recent times with the upcoming draft and the teams that are at the top.

If the pacers win does this rule out the tanguays of the world that you need the top tier lottery pick in the draft to win a championship? Paul George, Kobe Bryant, and Dirk would have all won who weren't considered that on draft day more times than someone who was in recent years. So the argument could be that you don't want the top pick. I heard that argument so much and the statistics of it. That (censored) is crazy. What can you say if that statistic no longer exists?

The West has some exciting teams. The playoffs will be interesting for that conference. Imagine a Golden State/OKC series. Offensive heaven. I'm personally rooting for OKC and the Pacers (if not the Nets!) for the finals.

whoever wins it, deserves to win it. if lebron scores 60 points per game in the playoffs and carries them then i cant argue that they dont deserve to win. i only dislike it if the refs affect the outcome of games. like the dallas heat series years back where wade was shooting 20 fts a game.

I don't think D Wade is the same player anymore, and that will really hurt MIA's chances.
