I've never been so excited about a rookie since Larry Bird. I always knew that Bird was going to be something special. I used to always argue with those Laker fans - they loved their Magic Johnson. I had not seen Bird play in College, but his first NBA game showed me what he was all about. I am NOT saying that he is as good as Bird, only that I sense the same magic.

Lots of people think he'll be a star. I read that he even got a bigger shoe deal than Chris Paul. Not surprising--Green has a lot of charisma and excitement about him. He's an electrifying athlete and people stop to watch him because he's a show-stopper. I really hope he enters the dunk contest this year.

The Boston Celtics is not a just team of basketball players, but is a world wide family of individuals who bleed green and follow the team through thick and thin. No such thing as fair weather Celtics fans.
