According FSN................Wow!!!!!!!!!!! We're getting 3 players who may or may not make the team, im intrested to see who these players are. I love you toine, but even i will admit that was too high a price. Hopefully the money we get from the heat we can go secure a veteran point guard.

I just looked at the Heat roster and it's not a long roster. I'm hoping for Udonis Haslem, Wayne Simien, and Dorrell Wright. I suppose you are thinking that creates a log jam at PF and wing. I think when a team is waiving good talent (like the Pats) that's a good sign. The cream rises to the top. Plus we could trade away something anyway. I think what is subtle is 2 things. One I heard on FSn we get 2 2nd rounders. DA is good with 2nd rnders. 2.Since we get their MLE in the deal we can use it and what's left of ours (that's about $7 mill) to get something good. Then we will be over the cap by a bit and in taxation territory, which means we waive Mr. Blount. Suddenly the trade is 2 players for 3 and we had an extra roster spot anyway. Then we waive a player or 2 or send some down to the NBDL. Good job DA. Getting something for nothing.

Wow, that's definitely a price that's too high for us to give. But for the Heat, it may be about right. Considering that his game may be a better fit in Miami playing next to the great Shaq, his game may finally be put to good use.
