Wow celtic4life. Great post all around. I think you hit the nail on the head. I'm not sure now c4life. CF tends to be right, most of the time. ;D

One thing is for sure. Paul Pierce has just this year to prove he can fit in. If not, hes gone I'd say. Even if Danny leaves it up to him, I still see him going anyways. This is his last chance. You figure 3 drafts since Danny, this is Pierces 3rd strike on Dannys 3rd year. 1 year equaling a strike a piece. Either way. I doubt he can change his game to the liking to team basketball. He will be Paul Pierce. The same Paul Pierce that spat at the cleveland bench last year. The same Pierce that said nobody on the 2002 Nj nets can guard him. He thinks he is the best thing ever. That is not a true celtic to think you are better than you really are. And hes at a bigger disadvantage with that attitude because hes not athletic like a Kobe or a T-Mac. If he had that, hed get much more value. And on Greg Oden, it was a stupid thing of me to bring up. You can trade a lot for a pick that won't even be #1. What good is it then? I think getting a lottery pick is important BUT Danny can do that just by getting picks the way he has. I say keep extra picks going by trading for more so generations keep coming along seeing they got 2 next year. You don't want too many picks in 1 draft. Spacing it out is the best way and Danny is doing that.
