Has anyone here ever bought any of the things FLCeltsfan puts on the game threads?
Has anyone done so as the result of her posts?
I might have a pen or something and when I was a kid I had a waste basket, but that's all I can think of

ive never been one to collect things like that. i have an autographed dr. j basketball but not really celtics.
I did have a signed picture of joe klein that wasnt mine but my neighbor at work cut off his head and put my head on it and pinned it to my desk.
I also ahve 1 stock in the celtics framed that was given to me as a christmas present. we already had this discussion though.
but yes i am part owner of the boston celtics lol.

I'm a sucker for this stuff LOL. I have a lot of it. Most of it I get as gifts for holidays.
I have Celtics pot holders, apron, glasses, mugs (have a couple of just regular ones and one for every championship from 81 on), cups, bracelets, earrings, necklace, keychain, folder, Christmas stocking, Christmas ornament, pencils, pen, a Celtics teddy bear, a ton of tee shirts, mousepad, wallet, draw string bag, a blanket, a Celtics license plate and bumper sticker, can cozy, water bottle, shot glasses, 3 Celtics jackets, and a lot of other stuff that I can't remember off hand. My grandson had a Celtics onsie, a PP jersey, a Celtics binkie and a Celtics bottle. I think he may have been the only person as upset by Perk's trade than me.

jeez. FL has us all beat.
oh i do have a celtics winter hat i wear during the winter. Its always on my head so i forget i have it lol.
i have a championship hat from 08 as well. i dont wear that one so much. it was given to me by my grandfather right before he died. i should but i dont want to ruin it.

In '97, I bought "shares" in BOS CEL LMT partnership. Anyway, you got this really cool certificate (ask C-17, he did the same). 5-years ago I hit unemployment, and had to cash in my shares and the certificate.

I bought a Celts watch at WalMart for $10 on MLK day. I like it. It was probably aimed at 13 year olds, but it's mine now.

Last year, my mother bought my a pair of BOS pj's. Kind of silly to look at, because they are green w/ the Celtic's logo all over them.

I was at Jerry West's college today. I took a picture of where he used to play with my Celtics watch. Cause you could set your watch to the Celtics beating him and the Lakers

Haha I got one of those silly huge hats too. I was at the game sitting down and my gf decides to go get a drink...10 minutes later shes back with a big celtics hat for me. Shes definitely super supportive of my affection for the Cs. Foam fingers, wall posters, door knob hangers, celtic t-shirts, celtic hoodies...shes gotten me all that "junk". gotta love a woman who knows her way to her man's heart. |
