i love how they instantly outlet the ball and are all playing their roles. Magic isnt overly dribbling. he's just being magic and bird is shooting and outletting. There is noone dominating the ball there. A lot of stars today have forgotten how to play teh game imo.

CF00, I agree. The game is so different from the way it was in the 80's. A lot has to do with the way they are officiated and the entitlement attitude that a lot of stars have these days. TEAMS used to win games and not stars. Both the Celtics and Lakers of the 60's -80's were TEAMS in spite of the abundance of Hall of Famers on those teams. But each player had a role and he played it and you didn't hear the complaints about touches or playing time that you hear today. That's why back then more players stayed with their teams. It wasn't all about the money. It was about winning. I think that is why this Celtics team has been successful. They have players who signed to win and not for the money and they are willing to play a role and it is all about TEAM (Ubuntu!)
