A recent event that ticked me off at the time got me to thinking....
You know that old saying.....early to bed, early to rise, makes a yadda yadda Ben Franklin is overrated and shouldn't be on the hundred dollar bill?
What times do you people generally sleep?
I'm generally 10p-6a.

I live completely backwards to normal society. Get home from work around 2am-ish. Go to bed around 6 to 8am. Wake up around 3-4pm.

About midnight to 7 am are my sleeping hours. Early to bed, early to rise? Wouldn't have a clue as to what I would do if I rose at 5 am.

5:30? That is something. It seems like kids have to get to school a lot earlier than when I was a kid.

Actually schools aren't all that far away. But they use the same buses for the elementary, middle and high school. So, high school buses come around 6:05, elementary around 7:00 and middle school around 8:00. Also have two in college who have early classes. I usually get up at 5:30 and then make breakfast for everyone and then get them up to come out to eat and then get my breakfast Somehow I get everyone up and fed and out on time.

Buses at 6:05? Yikes! When I was in high school, I used to get up at 8am, get scrubbed up, and make it to school with time to spare before first period (classed began at 8:40ish). Even when I road bus I didnt have to wake up much earlier. Maybe 7:30. Kids these days have it rough.

Or maybe there are so many more kids to pick up so the bus has to do more routes than before.. therefore requiring extra time in the morning to get to all its stops so that all kids can get to school on time.

I try to be in bed by 10 (but if I'm reading, I fall asleep earlier). I get up for work at about 5.
What's weird is the more I get to sleep, the more tired I am during the day. If I get like 5 hours of sleep, I don't find myself feeling tired during the day.

Generally, it is 1230am wake, and 730am rise. However, it depends if I "game" that night.
