Best vacations you ever took or traveling done?

Consider this a cousin of the where you live thread.

I'm kinda interested if anybody ever took a trip or tour through the southeastish of America. I have some dreams to do that. (I am looking slightly in FL's direction....)

Also if I die before I get to Rome I'll kill myself. And you can tack on London and Russia

I already got my Copenhagen and hopefully Talin and Hawaii guides set up.

I've been to a few places around the world before but probably my best vacation was going to the Gold Coast in Australia with a bunch of friends instead of family as usual.

Wow, I don't think I can pinpoint it down to one. I like all the trips I take.

I really enjoyed the east coast trip I took in '08. I went from Boston all the way down to Virginia.

I enjoyed Okinawa, the outer Hawaiian Islands, my trips to californai, etc.

Maybe Vegas I didn't care for. I'm not a gambler, and that place does feel like sin city.
