Thanks lol I didn't notice till I saw an update in this thread. I take em as they come one post at a time I may be down 19,000 posts to the leader DM, but I'll overcome the deficit just like I hope the Celtics overcome a 2-0 deficit.

I have a feeling that's in the top 3 fastest to 3K Think my best 3k (track race) was in high school, or college. Sorry, wrong 3k.

i refuse to run races measured in the metric system Eja, last year, I competed in the 1-mile, 2-mile track races at the Nutmeg State games (aka CT Olympics). High school, and college uses the metric system. Example - 1600, 3200. Now, the difference is about 2-seconds per 9-meters. In summary, that extra 9-meters per mile translates into uneven split/time.

Right. NASA learned that the hard way when they lost a multi-million dollar Mars probe several years into the mission when they crossed up their measurements. Stupid metric system. Things should be based on practical matters like a king's foot, finger, and how far an ox can plow in a work day. Not some arbitrary made up teeny unit. I prefer cubits to the metric system
