If you get a chance to, make some time for him. We only met for a short time, which was unfortunate because we hardly got around to talking Celtics stuff. If I didn't have work to return to, and if Eja's family wasn't with him, we probably could have talked for hours.

Are BC and I the only ones privileged to have met EJA in person? No. Eddietours was first. He picked me out of the crowd at a taping of the Stephen A Smith show in NYC when he was interviewing Paul Pierce and Duece McCallister. Then Deuce got cut. The subject was whether Paul would like to see the Celts trade for Iverson. That was when I went to the NBA Store in Manhattan before the draft and Tyrus Thomas, Randy Foye, Rudy Gay, and Adam Morrison walked in for a joint interview and then I went to the NY Public Library and got an account and went on line to tell you all about it. |
