As an avid video gamer, I have the Gamecube, XBOX, as well as WII.
If you like action-adventure games, Okami is one of the best (though unheard of) games I have played in a while.

I'm primarily a sports gamer, but I have a slew of other games as well.
Right now in my Xbox360, I have NBA2K8 spinnin. Big surprise.
I already have Obryant on the team, and have created Giddens and Walker.

Yesterday, I gave in and bought the PS2 for $129. Loaded up on the used, and discounted games as well, which included Half Life, Battlefront, Fod of War, and Shadow of Colossus.
Any PS2 games that I missed?

Thiiiis is an old thread.
I juuuussttt beat a game I think I've been playing since 2002. Medal of Honor Frontline for PS2. I think it was the first one for PS2. The one where you're sneaking around killing Nazis. I found the Rising Sun one way easier and actually beat it first.
I don't consider myself a major gamer at all. Mostly Star Wars games

I haven't been much into video games for quite some time. I still enjoy them when I play them, but it rarely crosses my mind to play. I have a PS3, but I used it mostly to stream Netflix. I have played 2 games on it in the 3 years I've owned it. I had an Xbox before that and I rarely played that either. The last system I played a lot was the N64. I did play the heck out of a couple football games on the Dreamcast (2K, 2K1). I guess I played a lot of Nintendo Gamecube (most underrated system ever IMO), but it was strictly multi-player. Throw a few drunk dudes together with some Mario Kart and watch the good times roll.

What all systems have you owned? Here is my list:
Atari 2600 - It was a hand-me-down from my aunt. one of the greatest days in my life.
Nintendo - Never thought we'd get one b/c they were so expensive. Also a great day.
Super Nintendo - Random uncle sent us his old SNES in the mail. He was a Sega Genesis man, so he never played. That day also ranks high on my all time awesome days list.
N64 - First system I bought with my own money. Played the crap out of Goldeneye.
Dreamcast - Bought it with that tax refund that got sent out when George Jr. got elected president. Only had a few sports games for it, but I played the crap out of them, It was a good system. One of the better controllers I have ever used. Too bad it didn't catch on.
Xbox - This was when my gaming days started to come to an end. NFL2K5 for the Xbox was the last game I ever played a lot of (excluding multi-player games).
PS3 - Glorified Roku. Rarely gets used for games.

Atari 7800 after that
Evvvveeennnttttuaaallyyy a nintento (whatever the original was). I was told because my dad was taking us boys on a long trip my mom got nervous we were gonna die and got us a nintendo before we left
Sega handheld something or other.
evvveeenntuuually after college the original playstation
PS2.....my first big purchase after college. Kinda wanted the DVD player. Was my DVD player for years
evvvveeennttuaally bought a used Xbox
Juuussttt got a PS3 around Christmas time cause the price came down due to the PS4. I've only played maybe one or two games on it. I hate it so far. Mostly bought it for the Blue Ray player, which is incredible when it actually works, which isn't all the time because now you have to download this codes that blah blah. Ticks me off

I have never seen one of those in person*. It's crazy how many video game systems existed before the big video game crash of the mid 90s. One friend of mine had a Colecovision, another had an Intellivision, on had some thing made by RCA. No wonder the industry died. *I did see one at this awesome museum exhibit I went to in Portland dedicated to the history of video games. Every system you could imagine was there, and they were set up so that you could play them. Fun times.

I've owned too many to count fresh. I managed a Babbage's all through highschool and college. I don't know if you remember those stores. Back then you could take out any game you wanted and reshrink wrap it and sell it. Still the best job i ever had. I think i made 4 dollars an hour to start and 10 as a manager but the perks were worth it. WEnt to school for Computer science. Started on the commodore 64. had nintendo and sega genesis. ps1, ps2, xbox. i had the amiga too. a lot of fun growing up with friends gaming and that whole thing. I was done gaming about the same time as you though. EArly 30's better things to do although still a part of my life. I have a ps4. Don't use it that much though. The games look great but aren't as fun.
