A couple of plays have gone against the Celtics. Pierce TO and Powe getting stripped by Gibson. 'bron is on the bench so we may be missing a chance to get a big early lead.

Get Cassell outta there Doc. There is no offense out of Boston right now. Were lucky we still have a lead in this game.

why does Pierce always have to go One on One against the Cavs..He always wants to show up Lebron, why can't he realize he has an great team around him and move the damn ball...Cassell and Pierce are really choking up the offense..At least PJ is playing amazing defense...
there's a reason we played better with Pierce on the bench in the 1st...

I'm a bit annoyed we've been playing such great defense and are only up by 2...

Missed opportunity to get control of this game. I hope it don't come back to bite us. Pierce and Allen have ZERO points Pierce just got a layup.

Things have appeared to stabilize with Rondo and KG back in.

FT's have now become a problem. We aint getting many attempts, so we must make them all.

The second unit with Cassell is killing us again. We have no flow, just Sam dribbling around in circles until he gets enough space to shoot it.
Ray also needs to pull his head out of his butt too, he is playing like he's on the road. When it comes down to it, I think it might be Cleveland's rust vs a tired C's team.
KG and Rondo have saved the day so far. But we need more to hold the King down.

Q at the half - Neither side played well at all at least on offense. THe Celtics have had too many turnovers to accomplish much. 'bron has 10 FTA which is a good thing for Boston except he has made 8 of those. (Par score was 6). Barkley said Cleveland had a better bench. A lot of that is on SC, unfortunately. Powe got swallowed up underneath. RA and PP were passive it seemed. PP was guarding 'bron but what is going on with Ray? Neither team appears capable of beating Atlanta tonight. The 2nd half must get better.
