what is the alcohol % (or did he use something else) limit in the USA for drunken driving? Because if you're only allowed to have let's say 3 beers & he was just over the limit, it isn't that big a deal.
EDIT: just found out that he was using marihuana. I'm beginning to wonder if someone on the team is running a weed farm..
