this freshman is starting to make some noise. i've only now heard about him, but apparently, his name is already known in basketball circles.

there's more, but i didn't want to seem like i'm hyping this kid up. i don't know anything about him except he's being heralded as the next lebron james.

we'll keep our eyes open for this guy.

He cant get into the nba as a high school undergrad can he? The next lebron??? I dont think so. Lebrons the only high schooler who will average 19ppg his rookie year.

he'll be graduating as a 19 yr old. nba rules say that a player needs to be 18yrs old at the time of the draft, which should make mayo eligible as a junior in high school.

that's a debate going around now. will they allow a junior to enter the nba?

i don't think its a good idea.

yep, michelle wie is from honolulu. she's a freshman at punahou high school, which is a few minutes away from my parent's house. she is asian (korean) and she can hit the smack out of that golf ball.

i seriously hope they don't allow juniors to enter the draft. kids need to be kids until they graduate. they have their whole life to play basketball, but only a few years to be a kid.

Enough kids especially in the ghettos have that problem. They gotta grow up real quick due to some thug knocking some girl up or whatever reason other than basketball too. If it was up to me as a player, I would enter the nba at 23 at the earliest or maybe older.

I wish she was legal, this way she could smack around my balls. I would be one of the first ones at her door. Youre a lucky SOB to live near her. All you have to do is wait until she turns 18 and try to get her.
