Banks has yet to prove he can run the pick and roll, he doesn't run the team very well, he makes wrong decisions on the breaks, etc. These are just some of the deficiencies he has being a floor general. Orien alreadys shows that he is able to do these things (but can still develop to become even bettera).
Orien is also a solid defender, plus he's longer and taller, with just as much athleticism. He's just as able to penetrate into the lane as Banks, and once he's at the rim, he's got solid scoring skills to makes shots using his acrobatic moves.
Banks has a better shooting touch, but it has more to do with Greene not having a good shot than it is saying Banks is a good shooter. Banks is also quicker, but Greene is no slouch either.
Banks is a few months older than Orien and he's played 2 more years in the NBA too. But if you weigh their strengths and weaknesses, Orien comes out on top.

Why is Banks a lot better? What's so special about him huh? Yeah he plays shut-down D, but so does Greene, and OG is stronger. Banks can't run a team, Orien can. Jeez. (censored) this shyt. I ain't arguing. OK then. So stop making s*** comments if you can't back them up.
