Remember last year, Al Jefferson was scoring low on almost everything. He couldn't even bench press 185 lbs once. And he scored low on the agility test and some others I can't remember off the top of my head. Judging by these tests, he would have been a flop in the NBA and judging by how many teams passed up on this kid, they thought so too.
Boy, I'm glad Ainge knows talent.
Monta Ellis gets some really bad reviews from scouts, and even I'm not that impressed with what I've seen (only 1 HS All-Star game). But if Ainge is really impressed with this kid (C's staff have been regulars at his high school games), I'll trust his judgment.

I think Ainge has a definite interest in Gerald Green. But he knows Green is not going to slip out of the lottery. Monta Ellis could definitely be available at 18.

This is where moving Pierce would come in handy. Get a pick high enough to get Green.

Its no wonder Jefferson went to the late 1st rd with all those setbacks. He proved critics wrong though. There was still a small chance he might have got picked before 15 and a big chance he woulda been gone by 24.
