Is it just me, or are the Sox still going to win the division? That Yankee team sucks, and this is the strongest Red Sox team of my lifetime. I think all the luck that went against the Sox in the first half will even out. We've scored more runs, and allowed less runs than the Yankees. We are just the better team, period.

Sadly, I think the Yankees are the favorites once again. If they start to fall in the second half, Steinbrener will go out and spend his way back to the top. Its a sad situation where teams with money can buy championships while the poor teams are left to being a minor league system to develop talent for the Yankees to buy away when they become good. GO ORIOLES!!! |

and the Red Sox can't spend money? They've spent their money much more wisely than the Yankees have and have more in their farm system to acquire talent. I see the Red Sox making a splash as well as the Yankees. But it evens out anyways, and that leaves the Sox with the better team.

Now im a huge redsox fan but saying that the yankees team sucks is just a little bit unrealistic, yes they are not as impossing as they have been in the past few years and yes im more worried about the D-Rays beating us than the Yanks, it would be foolish to say the Yankees team sucks...
But we all do know that Jeter sucks... :-)
