Rondo can't shoot jumpers??? Who says crazy things like that...Right now the game is playing out to be exactly what i hoped it to be...Tough defense and great plays by two great teams...Perk's block on Parker was nasty but then Parker just nailed a three...I think Rondo is going for 30 tonight...

Spurs inbound. Oberty misses and Perk rebounds. KG hits a jumper on a feed from Rondo inside. Celtics deflect a pass out of bounds. Spurs inbound with 15 on the SC. Rondo with a steal and he passes upcourt to PP for a dunk. Celtics take the lead. Duncan misses. Celtics rebound. Rondo with a layup. Oberto puts it in off the glass. Rondo misses a runner. Duncan with the rebound. 3 second violation on the Spurs. Rondo misses a runner. KG misses the tip. Manu with the rebound. Perk called for his second foul. Spurs inbound on the side. Parker misses a shot at the SC and KG rebounds. Rondo pulls up for a jumper. Spurs miss ane Perk rebounds. Rondo forces a shot up and Spurs rebound. PP called for a foul. Oberto at the line. He hits both FTs. Rondo walks the ball up and then speeds to the hoop for a layup. Rondo with a steal but he is tripped by Parker but no call as he loses the ball out of bounds. Udoka trips and Tony is called for a foul. The same thing as Parker did to Rondo but no call. Udoka hits the first and misses the second. PP rebounds. Rondo misses a runner. Parker rebounds and Ginobili gets to the hoop and gets a reverse layin. KG loses the ball out of bounds. Ginobili hits a jumper. Spurs take the lead again at 64-62. KG's jumper rattles in and out. Perk rebounds. Rondo hits a jumper off the screen. Perk with a block. Spurs recover. Parker hits a 3 from the corner. KG and Thomas wrestling and Thomas called for the foul. Pop out on the coach arguing the call. Thomas is arguing the call. Time out with Spurs up 67-64. Replay showed that KG did give Thomas a good shot before they caught Thomas with the shove.

Yeah that Perk block was nasty. I love the feel of this game at this point. It feels like a playoff game. |

The spurs are whining about every call and they are getting their way. Is Popovich officiating this game from halfcourt?

Rondo hits a runner in the lane to tie the game at 68. Posey called for a foul, his second. Manu at the line. Manu hits both FTs. PP called for a travel as he drives to the hoop. Manu launches a long 3 and they stop the play and call 24 second violation. Bad call as it did hit the rim. Celtics inbound with 7.5 on the SC. Both teams making substitutions. Rondo takes it to the hoop and misses a runner. Perk misses the tip in at the buzzer. Spurs lead 70-68 at the end of the 3rd

Donny is not half bad as a replacement for Tommy on the road...I know he's a hell of a lot better than Dickerson...
This is the problem with officiating..It's always easily swayed to either side by either whining, homecourt, or the fact that they need to make up a bad call they made earlier..Sometimes this is in our favor and sometimes it's not...They're never consistent, that's for sure...
Now let's hope Cassell propels the offense in the 4th along with Pierce...We need to keep attacking...

Yeah Donny isn't as entertaining as Tommy but as far as a guy who knows what he is talking about, Donny does. When God forbid Tommy retires I hope they keep donny marshall. He's a smart guy.

Udoka blocks the pass and Sam touches it last as it goes out of bounds. Manu is fouled by Pierce, his 4th. Spurs inbound on the side. Manu is fouled by Brown as he drives baseline. He hits both FTs. Spurs up 4. Sam brings the ball up. Posey misses a 3. Horry rebounds. Horry takes it to the hoop and draws the foul on PJ. Horry hits both FTs. House misses a jumper and PJ is called for a push off on the rebound. Rondo in for House. Horry gets away with a push on PP. Spurs miss and Horry rebounds. Udoka called for an offensive foul. Not sure I like the lineup with PJ our only big man. Would rather bring KG in the game to help stop the 6-point run SA in on. Seems like our last couple of possessions all we did was take jump shots.

wow this game is crazy...Celtics need to regroup offensively..Not liking all this jump shooting...Rondo is showing us his importance..We look a little cold offensively without him
