Our this week's guest, Eric Weiss is the most knowledgable basketball observer I know.
From his duties at the preeminent draft sight; "Draft Express.com ," to his general passion for the Celtics and the NBA, Eric watches more film than anyone except an insomniac projectionist.
Our first line of questioning will no doubt focus on the recent aquisition of P. J. Brown and expected arrival of Sam "The Pharaoh" Cassell.
From there I'd expect an analysis of Doc's exit strategy (which he had to interrupt Friday night) of finishing games with four perimeter players (much to Tommy Heinsohn's chagrin), the Eastern conference playoff picture and of course the beefed up Western challengers.
We might even get to the draft prospects. At this writing, Draft Express has the Celtics taking, at # 30 a Darryl Dawkins lookalike; Nathan Jawai .
If you have a question for our guest or the show you can call our toll free number (1.866.751.9649) anytime leading up to tip off on Sunday and leave us a voice mail to air live or you can send us an e-mail .
As always we will take your calls live during the show and monitor the chat wars in The Pit.
We hope you will join us.

More than just a brute force underneath the basket, Jawai also moves surprisingly well for a player his size. He has extremely nimble feet for a center, reminding to a certain extent in that regard of oversized tap-dancers like Glen Davis or Sofoklis Schortsanitis. Jawai is a mobile player moving up and down the court, and can even be described as explosive with the way he can get off the floor. It’s particularly impressive to see the way he finishes around the basket, power-dunking anything around the rim, where his terrific wingspan really comes in handy. The word that most often comes to mind when watching him play is simply “beast.” The thing is, he’s a coordinated beast at that, looking pretty fluid and natural moving around on the floor....
