good job of guys stepping up. Garnett is still not fully with it. We are going to be that much better once he is again, that's the good thing.

Thoughts over a victory CHALUPA! The Celtics played very well in the 2nd half and basically dominated Portland. Credit Steve Blake and Jarret Jack for hitting some 3's and providing free chalupa dinners at Taco Time after the game.
We are one and three and the competition has been as tough as advertised.
If you cancel the 1st qtr - Boston won the game 94 - 70.

lol Q. and why not Pierce for MVP of the league? I think we as fans need to start chanting mvp for pierce at games to get the votes going. It's starting to become clear that he is the mvp of this team and the league. Garnett was but he has been too up and down. Pierce has done it all year and been the mvp. Pierce has been overlooked in this area and people just dont expect him to get it when he really should. It's going to end up going to to the popular vote like nash or lebron or kobe when pierce really deserves it.
Pierce has been the best player on the best team in the league and is the mvp.

During the Phoenix game they were talking about the +/- stat and how it is a good evaluator of a player's effectiveness. Paul Pierce has the best +/- in the league followed by Billups and Nash.
