Gotta stay with those 3 point shootahs.
I hope those missed FT don't come back to bite us in the arse because we have left at least 6 points out there on missed FT.

Rondo has been incredible. Tony did a great job of backing up and not letting Manu get that foul.

Great win. The bench and defense was terrific and we attacked offensively all game. We need a big man why? BAby was amazing. We want to bench this guy and play someone else? I'm starting to wonder if people are watching the same team I am.

Great job by Doc Rivers as well. Just had to throw that in there.

Great win, tough D by Big Baby against the Big Fundamental. Rondo has continued his rise to excellence and has done so much to help pick up the slack while KG gets better.

A final word from EAP:
The Celtics lacked Perk and KG, It did not matter, they had BBD. Duncan tried as he might, but his team did put much of a fight.
The Celtics went small ball, not by choice. But they played ten feet tall, and the crowd rejoiced.
THe Celtics won on the board, and that preserved their NBA best record.
Star of the day goes to BBD, He has lots of BCP!!!!!

TP to EAP for his poetic musings!!!!
Great team play. Rondo is a very special player. Baby did a great job on Duncan and did his best KG imitation with the emotion after big plays. Pierce had a superstar game. Doc did a great job coaching especially after time outs. 16-0 against the West.... Now that is special!!! I loved how Tony just backed up with his hands down while Ginobili tried his best to jump into him.

Fun game to watch. Like most of the others.
PP, Rondo, GDavis and Powe were all good. Not to take away from Scale, RayA, TA, Eddie or Posey.
What a solid win --- by the team.

Agreed c17. This is such a good team we have here. This game was a total team effort as has the entire season been for the most part. I like hwo they had the sidelines mic'd in during the game. Some of the stuff Doc was saying and how everyone just seemed to know what he meant and how everyone was on the same page was really cool. this was a statement game imo. Teh defensive intensity was insane and we were jumping rushing at guys keeping pressure on them for 48 minutes and we were attacking offensively for 48 mintues as well. IT was the most complete game I've seen this team play.

What a game!! Our defense neutralized the Spurs. There were times where I thought they were going to go on their patented run, but our defense never allowed it.
Pierce was huge early on. He was tremendously hot and could not miss. Nice to see him mixing his offense up with some slashing.
Excellent play by both Baby and Powe. If it wasn't for Powe's early fouls, he would have had a big night. We need to go to him in the post. I really think he can give us some points there on a regular basis. Baby played excellent defense. He was never known for his defense, but maybe this is something he can carve a niche for himself.
The Spurs are getting old, huh? They just don't have the same dominating aura surrounding them like they once had.

Davis and Powe---2 thumbs up.
Beating Duncan without KG or Perk. Wow!
What an unusual double-double for a PG.
Superstar game for PP.
MVP---Tom Thibodeaux!!! Sign this guy to a big-!!!GREENIAC!!!, long term contract!
