I thought that he was going to remain in college for at least another year to try and redeem his unspectacular himself year. Wake was supposed to finish very high, possibly even winning the championship. But they were a big disappointment.
With Paul coming out, he could push Raymond Felton down a bit in the draft order. Now you have Deron Williams and Chris Paul as PG's who could be taken in front of Felton.
If we slip out of the playoffs, this could be our opportunity to get Felton.

Well, Danny will end up picking 18th or so. Say bye bye to Felton hopes. Even if Paul comes out. But if Paul comes out, it would be stupid seeing hes immature for the game, filthy and just not ready to be a difference maker. But hey, if other gms want him, be my guest.

It was just an isolated incident. Chris Paul is one of the more down to earth, good hearted players in college. To think he's filthy is inaccurate. He probably regrets ever doing such an idiotic thing. But it was in the heat of the moment. If we are picking in the 18 - 20 range, there's no chance of getting Felton. We definitely need to move up on draft day by making a trade. Maybe the Clippers will want to make a deal with us. They already have Shaun Livingston as there future PG. Maybe Portland because Sebastian Telfair is there future PG. Either of those teams can take Felton for us and we can swap players or something.

It would cost Tony Allen. I bet Portland would take him. Even if Reeds potential is not too far off from Allens, Reed has such little value they might not even consider it. Who knows. Reed and the cavs pick (13-14-15) might work.
