We outscored them 23-9 in the 4th quarter!!!..A nice win but it was a little too ugly for me many times..It seemed like we played pretty poor and then went on big runs to lead( Had a 17-1 run at one point and a huge 13-0 run in the end)..But, in the end, it was all about the defense as I'm sure our offense will become better and much more smooth as the season progresses...

My Vote [glow=red,2,300]goes to Kevin Garnett[/glow] I think in this one you could go many ways but for me it was Garnett that was the difference in the 4th picking up those rebounds(we allowed to much offensive rebounds in the other quarters) and you have to give credit to Big Baby for starting us up when we went down by 8(as well as the rest of the bench)..Pierce played amazing defense and productive offense(7/11 shooting!) so nice game from him too...

I think blocks are a huge indicator of who helped the team win and in what way. It's more important than steals.

He wasn't a clear cut winner, but KG should get the nod for MVP in this win. At one stretch in the 3rd, he brought the scoring touch, and his rebounding and shot blocking late in the game helped keep the Nets from going on a run.
